 No warranty or user info in the box?!, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Coleman Cable 049278806 12-Outlet Home Theater Surge Protector, 4-Ft (Tools & Home Improvement) I recently purchased this Coleman Cable 049278806 12-Outlet Home Theater Surge Protector.While the box states that there is a $200,000 connected equipment warranty protection, there is no warranty or literature of any kind in the box. When I called Amazon, they said that this was probably a packing mistake and they sent me a replacement. Well, the replacement came exactly the same way: The surge protector is in the box without any literature. Pretty surprising. You would think there ought to be SOME literature in the box, no? So I decided to try to see if they had product literature or warranty info on the company website.... but again, there's nothing. So I am left wondering that if someone needed to use the warranty, how would that work? No literature and no way to find any warranty info on the web.
