My only gripes with it are this: not sharp compared to kershaw or gerber. It also has a really lame handle feel. If you know how to properly sharpen a knife, then you would probably be ok with it. It seems tough enough and useful enough to justify the price. I carry it with me on my motorcycle in case i need it. Its easy to get in and out of the sheath.
